The fair runs in two rooms. The cafeteria's 30 ten-foot tables hold the academic and career half; the gym holds the social half, where browsing crowds are heaviest. Each room holds whole categories, so you never have to cross the building to finish a category.

Whole categories stay in one room. The four academic and career categories fill the cafeteria's 30 tables; the eight social, service and interest categories stay in the gym.
Roughly 9,000 sq ft. Students enter and leave on the east side, so the rows sit back behind an entry apron. Tables are angled 30° to face the doors, which opens the sight line down each row and lets two students stand at a table without blocking the aisle. C1–C6 follow the bowed west wall to reach the outlet there — Mr. Archie’s clubs need power. Tables run C1–C{{ cafeCount }}, with Computer Science Honor Society sharing Arduino Club’s table.
The fair uses the whole gym floor, not half of it: with the academic categories in the cafeteria, the same footprint carries four island pairs instead of eight. Tables spread to the full length of each wall, aisles open to 10'-0", and every island gets its own clear lane. Tables run G1–G{{ gymCount }}.
